Elise and Johnny, the owners, are also two of the most helpful and family-oriented people I know. They truly do what they can to make the space work for your event and keep the grounds in beautiful condition. They've been known to help out with almost anything in a pinch when they are able to. They've truly created a beautiful space for couples to celebrate their special day.
I have had the absolute joy of photographing a number of weddings and events at Perch Bay Resorts and each time I'm there I am reminded of how beautiful and fun the space is. It's great for guests who want to enjoy the river view during cocktail hour, kids to play on the playground, and for couples to feel like they can just kick their feet up in a guest cabin after the evening wraps up. Couples can customize their wedding experience by bringing in their choice of catering with the main lodge being connected to a kitchen area for the caterers to use. A recently renovated reception space in the main lodge offers a large space for dinner, dancing, and celebrating for up to 100 seated guests.
